Current status
No professional profiles are published yet, so there is currently no live provider ranking. The parameters below describe the policy for the directory as verified professionals are added. Route guides remain available independently of whether a provider serves that route.
Publication comes before ordering
An application alone does not qualify for publication. A profile must pass an admin review of its authorisation evidence, declared service area and completeness before it can appear in the directory. Private licence documents are not published. A verification date describes when evidence was checked; it does not certify the quality of a journey.
Main ranking parameters
- Legal / service-area eligibility for the requested route.
- Authorization status — must be currently valid.
- Profile completeness and capability match to the requested attributes.
- Language match with the traveller-facing content.
- Capacity / accessibility match (passenger count, wheelchair, child seat, large luggage).
- Fair rotation among equally relevant providers.
How to interpret the order
Service-area eligibility and valid authorisation are prerequisites, not advantages that can be bought. Among eligible profiles, the aim is to show relevant information about language, capacity and declared capabilities. Fair rotation is intended to avoid giving equally relevant profiles a permanent advantage simply from appearing first. No numeric scoring formula is currently in operation.
A high position will not confirm availability or make a booking. Travellers choose who to contact and confirm their requirements directly. The platform does not allocate drivers or accept passenger payments.
Paid placement
If paid featured placement is ever introduced, it will be clearly labelled and separated from organic relevance results.
Professionals can use the founding-cohort application to express interest. Travellers can check the directory for current publication status and the airport guides for route information.
